On August 27th, 2013, Westlife Foodworld Ltd ,formerly known as Westlife Development Limited,rang a new era with the Bell Ringing Ceremony at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The consolidation of the group companies under Westlife Foodworld opened up options for accelerating the growth plans for expanding McDonald’s restaurants in west and south India. The consolidation also opened up opportunities for the India market to invest in the growth of the McDonald’s Franchisee, Hardcastle Restaurant Pvt Ltd, through Westlife Foodworld.
WFL will continue to broad base its investors over the coming years. The long-term business potential of WFL remains attractive and company is on course of its mission of responsible and profitable growth for its shareholder.
